just a few things to share

for anyone that is interested in the music selection (srsly are any of you interested?) here’s the alkaline trio from the latest chapter.  “enjoy your day” made me immediately think of Nurse Shortcake and Dr. Mcdouchey when i was first plotting the story out.  the song kills me, in the best way possible

as far from alkaline trio as you can musically get (ok, so maybe not quite true) is goldfinger’s pictures. 

also, some of you seem to be concerned that the kiss was a dream.  not so.  the kiss was real.  and a lot of you are hating on vanessa.  some even think bella plotted vanessa’s ambush before she left for AZ.  also not so.  vanessa went into the room on her own accord, with her own agenda.  it was written intentionally vague.  some of you asked about it in reviews and i tried my best to reply.  let me just say that vanessa can see what is really going on between edward and bella, even if they can’t or choose not to see it themselves. 

lastly, for those who may think the kiss (or the entire chapter for that matter) happened too quickly, i agree.  but it doesn’t change the fact that edward was overwhelmed with emotions and just couldn’t stop himself.  i kinda think it’s adorable of him.  unexpected and just sweetly uncensored he was happy to see bella and showed it the first way he thought of.

clearing up some confusion

i’ve noticed in a lot of reviews that some ppl are confused as to wtf happened at the end of this past chapter, “smile like you mean it.”  while i won’t say wtf is up with bella’s reaction, i do need to clear up the q’s many of you have posed.

edward is all about asthetics.  many ppl believe symmetry=attraction.  bc of this, edward thinks his face, and his smile, should be as perfectly symmetrical in order to look good.  that also means edward’s smile was not crooked before the accident.  by making his smile crooked as a result of the accident, we are closer to having a more “cannon” edward…that is if canon edward though about making cream in his pants for his very own Shortcake.  heh

does that help some?  i’ve been tryin to respond to every review, but that gets to be pretty damn hard.  so hopefully you can get your answer(s) here!

it’s been awhile

so idk exactly how many people actually check this for updates on the status of my writing.  tho i have deleted my twitter account and have deactivated the taita thread on twilighted so this will be really the only place to come and find out what’s going on. 

currently i’m working on chapter 8.  i have a few different options for titles.  i won’t list them, but will give you the chapter songs.

within the next day or so i should be putting up a teaser.  if you guys are enjoying this blog and whatnot, please feel free to leave comments.  that way i know i’m not just taking up useless space on the internets.

time for another teaser

i’m on a fucking roll, a warm soft buttery one.  i’ve written quite a bit.  here’s a teaser for you all to enjoy:

“It just keeps on getting better.”  Now I was glad my legs didn’t work. I wish my ears didn’t work either though.  And if I had to even see that bitch I would definitely be looking for something to bash my head against to knock me the fuck out.  “Why’d you bring her with you Em?  More importantly, what did you have to bribe her with to come?”

“Let’s just say her coming has everything to do with it…if you know what I mean.”  Emmett made a move to nudge my side, but one look from me and he stopped.  I was still healing after all.  I didn’t need an elbow in ribs that were still mending.

Unfortunately, for all parties involved, I did know what Emmett meant.  All too well.  And repeatedly.  The thought made me nauseous.

 “It’s Isabella, Bella Swan, right?”  The voice of Satan herself spoke out again.

 “That’s right.”  I could hear the uncertainty in Bella’s statement, almost a question by her inflection.  “Wait a minute…oh my God… 

who is it? who is it? any guesses?  i’m sure you can figure it out.  i’m not that complex.

Found my Shortcake

So after some discussing with my good friend Lipsmacked, I found the closest thing to the perfect vision of Nurse Shortcake.

Here she is, as Nurse Bella Swan; pretty, fresh, young, some would say All American…

Though Edward sees her something like this (or at least hopes to in the near future): his favorite Nurse Shortcake

I’m in the writing mood.  I’ve been writing away in my notebook since this morning.  I know, *shocking* already?  This is good news though, right?  Right.

In other news, I came across my TAITA Edward the other day, quite by accident.  I was watching something on USA, some promo for a new show, when I saw the actor.  My first thought was, mmmm Edward.  And since then, I’ve had him stuck in my head as Dr. Mcdouchey.  So may I present, Dr. Jackass Edward Cullen (aka Matthew Bomer)Now I’m on the search for a hottie piece of Strawberry Shortcake.  Any suggestions?

teaser time

so i am finally bustin out a big chunk of the next chapter.  here’s a bit of a teaser to wet yer mouths, maybe

“But why?  Edward, your father is a highly competent doctor, and was also present that night.  Surely he…”

“He gave me a basic run down, you’re right.  But what I want to know; only you can provide for me.  You found me.  You know everything that happened.”

“Well, not everything.”  I noticed a delicious blush coloring her cheeks.

“I know you stayed the whole night.  That was one detail Carlisle made sure to mention.  Especially after how horrible I had treated you.”

 “Oh.”  The blush blazed brighter.  God, how I loved it.

 “So…”  I trailed off, hoping I had prompted her enough to go into the story.

 “Well, where do you want me to start?”

New to this blog BSNS

i wanted to do a quick post and shout out to mi amiga meighan for starting this blog up for me.  i’m kinda internets r-tarded at times, so she will be helping me navigate this lovely world of blogging. just know i have every intention of keeping this UTD and use it as a means of communicating the goings on of my lil FF world.

for those of you concerned/curious/whatever, i am working on the next chapter of TAITA.  i have had quite the rough month of june; sicknesses in the family, vacationing, moving, and unpacking…basically RL has been kicking my ass hardcore.  now i can settle down and focus my time on dr. mcdouchey and nurse shortcake.  i’ve missed them!
